For the second piece of evidence, you have to speak to Ruan Mei’s Gourmand Creation, who is sitting on the lower floor. They won’t speak until you give them some food, but you can find the Freshly-Baked Cake on a table near Butler. They will then tell you about the hidden location of the Cosmic Fried Rice.

The last piece of evidence, the Abnormal images from surveillance records, should already be in your inventory. You will encounter this proof on your path to confront Butler.
