How To Catch The Horned Parrotfish in Dave The Diver

Once Udo assigns you the task of capturing the Horned Parrotfish, quickly dive into the Blue Hole, as you have to catch it within a day, which is relatively little time. Now, start swimming from the far right of the ocean, and you will find said fish at a depth of around 20-30 meters. The fish is green in color with two small horns and a bone helmet on its head.

Now that you have found the Horned Parrotfish, it is time for you to catch it without fail! Udo requires you to catch the fish alive, which means you cannot use rifles—for example, the Red Sniper Rifle—or it will die. So, to avoid killing it, you can use the Sleepy Toy Hammer, as this weapon will make the fish go to sleep, giving you time to capture it in your inventory. But remember that you cannot hit it from the front, as its horns and helmet are too strong for your weapon. The only way to catch it is to keep hitting the fish on its back until it sleeps.

Since the Horned Parrotfish is an aggressive creature, you need to be superior with your dodges as it will come dashing towards you every 5-10 seconds. However, you can also use this as an opportunity! Whenever the fish rushes past you, get behind it quickly and make hits on its back as many times as possible. Eventually, this will make the fish go unconscious, giving you time to capture it efficiently.
